Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the services, website, mobile application, and other digital platforms provided by Millennium Oncology India Private Limited, registered at Ground Floor, Plot No. 6, Sidhartha House, Sector-44 Institutional Area, Gurugram, Haryana-122003 (CIN: U74999HR2018PTC077109), hereinafter referred to as “Medidect”, “Medidect India”, “we”, “us” or “our”.

By accessing or using any of our services or platforms, you (“you“, “your“, “User“) agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Medidect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this platform and your continued use shall constitute acceptance.

1. Applicable Laws

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, including:

  • The Indian Contract Act, 1872
  • The Information Technology Act, 2000 and related rules
  • The Consumer Protection Act, 1986
  • Other relevant and applicable laws

2. Scope and Acceptance

  • Includes the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
  • By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

3. Services and Usage

Services include access to diagnostic services, medical interventions, risk assessments, test bookings, tele-consultations, and communications via platforms like WhatsApp.

You agree to use these services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. User Obligations

  • Users must be 18 years or older.
  • Provide accurate information during registration or usage.
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
  • Do not misuse, interfere with, or access services other than via approved interfaces.

5. Data Protection & Privacy

Data collection, storage, and usage are governed by our Privacy Policy.

By accepting these Terms, you consent to data use in accordance with:

  • Section 72A of the Information Technology Act, 2000
  • Section 6 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

6. Third-Party Services

Our platform may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for their terms or privacy practices.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation allowed within 2 hours of booking by calling customer care.
  • No refund if the sample has already been collected.
  • Conveyance charges apply if sample collection has commenced.
  • Refunds processed through the original payment method, minus applicable charges.
  • Some tests/services may be marked non-refundable at the time of booking.
  • Medidect reserves the right to deny refunds in case of misuse.
  • Refund timelines may vary based on banking/payment partner policies.
  • For disputes, contact our Grievance Officer.

8. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Medidect is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Medidect, its employees, and affiliates harmless against any claims resulting from your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services without notice if we find any violation of these Terms or any behavior harmful to us or others.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Changes will be effective upon being posted on the platform. Continued usage implies your acceptance of those changes.
